IGP BALSAMIC VINEGAR

IGP Balsamic Vinegar is much more than just a condiment: it's a journey into the heart of Italian culinary tradition.

Pianderna balsamic vinegars stand out for their naturally high density, achieved through aging in oak barrels, and for their authenticity, free from artificial colorants and thickeners such as sulfites.

This precious elixir, born from the art of master vinegar makers, combines grape must and wine vinegar to create a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.

 

 

 


Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP

HIGH DENSITY - 250ml

The density of our IGP vinegar is the highest truly achievable (without encountering conglomeration issues) at 1.33 with an acidity of 6%, bringing it very close to the characteristics of DOP vinegar.

Our production approach is entirely natural: we do not use any chemical additives to increase the product’s density, nor do we use colorants to darken it. Why? Because our balsamic vinegar contains 85% grape must (more must, more quality) and is naturally high-density, dark, and vegan.

Of course, our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is repeatedly checked at all stages and has passed the standards of regulatory bodies. All this ensures that the product ages and develops in accordance with the respect and tradition of its area of origin.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP

Pianderna’s apple condiment with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is the result of a wonderful combination of apple juice, apple cider vinegar, and cooked grape must. This unique recipe is perfect for both sweet and savory dishes.

This dense and aromatic condiment conveys the essence of apple flavor with a velvety roundness and low acidity. Naturally, it is a vegan product.

Apple Balsamic Vinegar IGP

AGED IN OAK BARRELS - 250ml

Pianderna’s apple condiment with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is the result of a wonderful combination of apple juice, apple cider vinegar, and cooked grape must. This unique recipe is perfect for both sweet and savory dishes.

White Balsamic Vinegar IGP

HIGH DENSITY - 250ml

Pianderna White Balsamic Vinegar is born from the combination of grape must and Trebbiano grape vinegar. Aging in oak barrels gives it a more harmonious and balanced structure. Its low acidity makes it delicate and non-aggressive, with shades of intensity and brightness that make it ideal for a wide range of uses: from salads to vinaigrettes, from fish to marinades.

The density is 1.27, lower than that of "Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP" because the product is obtained through the filtration of the dark pigments of the grapes during the production process.
